It's also iRobot's most powerful vacuum. It is able to clean up the dirt that has deeper particles or larger pet hairs, unlike other mid-range models, like the Roomba 960. This is because the cleaner has larger brushes that rotate counterclockwise and an engine that has more suction power.

The Roomba 995 is also iRobot's least expensive vacuum with recharge and resume features, but it's not equipped with the auto-empty feature that the I6+ and I7 offer. It lacks iAdapt navigation 2.0 and the camera used by the I7 to track objects and avoid obstructions. It's not able to access features like in-app containment, or save maps.
